CS 1.6 Bigger and Better

Carnage anyone? If it's carnage you want, then it's carnage you'll get. Counter-Strike: Source delivers the same rage as its predecessor. With better eye candy and advanced physics you cant go wrong. Counter-Strike: Source uses the newly designed Halflife 2 engine otherwise known as the Source engine to revamp the most played online FPS. The new engine not only allows for larger maps, higher poly models, and spectacular lighting effects, but the in game physics are amazing as well. Despite the engine changes, Counter-Strike: Source feels and plays exactly like the original. In other words, that means the same guns, the same maps, the same animations and the same player models. In seeing how much of the game is actually unchanged, you'd think the game would get boring rather quickly, right? Wrong.

How do I play Counter-Strike Source on Wateen servers?
It's incredibly simple, you must have the following:

o An active WOGS (Wateen Online Gaming Service) Account.
o COGS (Client of Gaming Service) installed. Download
o The WOGS version of the game installed (bottom of page)

Wateen Server Classification

Sandbox servers: Fun servers are going to be fun servers with different mods, like instant repawns, super mods
Leet servers: Serious servers where online matches will be held with proper rules for a very serious game play

Controls
The basic controls of the game are very easy to use. You can easily change this keys to anything your comfortable with to do that you have to go to options and edit the keys

“W” to move forward
“D” to move right
“A” to move left
“S” to move backwards and
[Left-click] to open fire!

Counter Strike...in 150 words or less

Choose a side.

If you are T, the guys with the BOMB(tm):

o Buy weapon (Press B, noob)
o Follow the rest of your team, ESPECIALLY if you have the BOMB
o DON'T get sniped, press A and D alternatively like you're doing the Salsa!
o Get to the Bombsite (X marks the spot, noob)
o Shoot people guarding BOMBSITE (Aiming before-hand usually helps)
o Plant BOMB (Press E, noob)
o CAMP (no, not like Yogi Bear)
o Terrorists Win!

If you are CT, the guys guarding the BOMBSITE(tm):

o Buy weapon (Press B, noob)
o CAMP BOMBSITE (Picnic baskets recommended)
o Shoot Terrorists as they run like lemmings towards Bombsite (focus on the dude doing the salsa)
o Defuse BOMB (Press E, noob)
o Counter-Terrorists Win!

We are running CS 1.6 (what else?). Generally, this is the version everyone plays.
