That way only the very best teams will be able to compete at the World Cyber Games Grand Final but here we have budgetary issues with WCG’s Core sponsor, well it is really the sponsor’s fault as they never did their planning for the next year or any other reason and if they had issues let others take the tag to be the strategic partner or the main official organizer for the National Big event out off all, an annual competition that can be best compared with the Olympic Games, it is in actual fact called “Olympics of eSports” and it has to be like what have you seen history from 2005 -2007 like Mr. Mamoor use to deliver the event not exactly like the WCG Grand Final but I always give us a flavor of WCG Yearly Event. It is not confirmed to us that it will be in Neomatrix or in EXPO but as per the current situation I believe it will be in Neomatrix.

Further Neo and WATEEN combined must have tried for more sponsors and should have team up with Wired-up to get the sponsor. I would like to appreciate Wired-up in terms of Sponsor they always have brought good sponsors and like ESWC 2008 the WCG 2009 would have taken by W-up then the situation would be very different.

They achieved most of their goals even with the struggles faced with the economic downturn there as well.  Their goal of focusing on the larger tournaments and trying to give as many attendees as possible stage matches was achieved. The schedule was a little optimistic with a couple of stage matches being moved back or reduced their Price Money but they did not taken out CS 1.6 or any other to compete in Grand Finals, they have given the good  overall a large number of very successful matches. Generally tournaments were exciting this year with some major upsets creating some great matches.

There are many things which I still not have mentioned and I know few people will not like what I have written in this article. I will conclude this article by saying that “we have failed not delivered what Pakistani gamers looking for? Rather than going up with the standards in delivering the biggest and the best event in Pakistan we have failed”.
